Questions, answered
How do I upgrade?
With a licence key: open Plan in your account and paste it. Keys are sold by our team and can cover a month, a quarter, a year or more. Online card payment will open at launch.
What happens when a paid plan ends?
You go back to Free. Nothing is deleted. If you have more employees than Free allows, the ones you have keep working; you just cannot add more until you upgrade or deactivate some.
Do employees pay or need an account?
Never. Employees only open your crew link. Only the office needs an account.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes (GST/HST, QST).
Does it work for shifts, not just field jobs?
Yes. A restaurant or store uses "units" as stations or positions (Grill, Drive-thru, Cash 2) and leaves the address empty. Employees still see their time, instructions and confirm.
